How do I change my password?
If you would like to change the password on your account, you can do so here.
To change your password:
- Click "Change Password"
- Enter your new password
- Click "Update Profile"
Don't Know Your Password?
- Please click 'forgot your password' on the login page and follow the instructions.
- If you are still unable to access your account, please email us at hello@thatmusicteacher.com.
If you don’t see that email within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, as it can sometimes land there.
You may also want to add accounts@thrivecart.net as a contact or approved sender to help ensure future emails (like login links and receipts) are delivered successfully.
Quick note: School or work email addresses can sometimes block automated emails like password resets. If you continue to have trouble, we recommend using a personal email address instead, and we’d be happy to switch that for you if needed.
