All-Access Pass
The All-Access Pass is the best way to continue learning long after the summit ends. This article answers the most common questions about accessing your pass, watching replays, and finding your bonus resources.
How Do I Access My All-Access Pass?
After purchasing the All-Access Pass, you received a purchase confirmation email containing your access link.
To access your pass, click here and enter your email and password.
Tip: Bookmark your All-Access Pass dashboard so it's easy to return to throughout the year.
Can't Access Your All-Access Pass?
If you are having trouble logging in, please follow the steps below:
- Ensure that you are using the proper email address.
- If you still cannot log in, please click 'forgot your password' and follow the instructions.
- If you are still unable to access your account, please email us at hello@thatmusicteacher.com or use the chat feature to let us know you need additional assistance.
Note: Follow these steps even if you don't think you've set a password or if you haven't received an email with your password.
Not receiving an email after following the "forgot your password" instructions?
We recommend you add accounts@thrivecart.net as an "allowed" or "whitelisted" contact and then attempt to reset your password again. School emails often filter out these emails and we are unable to bypass your school's filters.
Where Can I Find Session Replays?
All summit session replays are located inside your All-Access Pass dashboard under "Session Recordings".
Unlike free attendee replays, which are available on the Schedule page for 24 hours, All-Access Pass replays remain available for one year from the summit.
Simply log in to your pass and select the session you would like to watch.
Where Can I Find Speaker Bonuses?
Many summit speakers provide exclusive bonus resources for All-Access Pass holders.
- Free slides and worksheets from speakers are found alongside their session replay.
- Speaker bonuses are found in the Resources section.
- Follow the instructions for each resource to download it.
These bonuses may include:
- Downloadable resources
- Templates
- Worksheets
- Guides
- Additional teaching materials
Do I Need the Community to Access My Pass?
No.
The Summit Community and the All-Access Pass are separate platforms.
While the community is where live sessions, discussions, challenges, and announcements take place, your extended replays and bonus resources are housed inside your All-Access Pass.
You can access both independently using their respective login credentials.
Can I Watch on My Phone or Tablet?
Yes. The All-Access Pass can be accessed on most modern devices.
For the best viewing experience, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer, especially when downloading resources or viewing bonus materials.
